Hotel standard meeting rooms 

The Dales Room measures 8 metres square and comfortably seats 18  around  a  large conference table. There is also an open plan seating area to work or have a less informal meeting. The Dales Lounge seats up to 16 and is luxuriously furnished with leather armchairs, dark wood tables and a drinks area. We can provide fax, photocopier, projectors, screens, flip chart stands, paper, pens and everything needed for a full audio video presentation. Wi-Fi also available by prior arrangement.     

We have 9 comfortable twin bedrooms sleeping up to 18 people and a well equipped kitchen ideal for groups wishing to self cater. Alternatively we have professional outside caterers who can come in and provide any meals you should require. We also provide midweek B&B for delegates who may wish to arrive the night before the start of their course.

Outside we have large well maintained grounds which are ideal for team building games with various seating areas for outdoor meetings.

• Heating - the centre has central heating and is always warm.
• Bedrooms - 9 boutique style rooms each containing 2 single beds, chest of drawers, hanging spaces, bedside lamps and alarm clocks, (newly refurbished 2010).
• Main Lounge - large 8 metres square room comfortably seats 18 at a large dining table with open plan lounge area for relaxing, (newly refurbished January 2011).
• Second Lounge Room - a luxurious lounge with leather chairs, oak parquet floor, tv, cd, dvd video and snooker table, (newly refurbished 2010).
• 5 toilets, 4 showers - are all adjacent or next to each of the nine bedrooms, (newly refurbished 2009).
• Large Kitchen - with 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 8 hobs, dishwasher, 2 fridges, freezer and ample crockery, glasses and pans. (Kitchen awarded the maximum of 5 stars by the local authority for hygiene and cleandliness). 
• Entrance Hall - with plenty of space for taking off boots and hanging / drying wet clothing.
• Centre Grounds - one acre of beautiful grounds with  seating areas enable you to enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea whilst taking in the stunning views.
• For Cyclists - we have a secure indoor storage area and a water jet spray / cleaning facility.
• Car Park - a private and secure off road car park.
• Nearby Pub - the Tennant Arms is just a 12 minute walk away with bar snacks and restauraunt menu.
